Shipping Information

Our standard shipping process ensures that orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday), depending on the production or packaging time required for your product. Please note that our 24-hour Tracked service only applies to the shipping duration and does not include the time needed to produce or prepare your order. This means your product will not be dispatched the next day, but once it is ready, it will be sent via a tracked 24-hour delivery service for your convenience.

Tracked 24 delivery within the UK comes with a charge of £5, unless the weight surpasses 2kg, in which case the fee is £9. For international deliveries, charges are applied according to Royal Mail’s rates, and we are unable to accommodate shipments over 20kg.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for orders totaling £200 or more. Please note that products may be dispatched from different locations and arrive separately. However, no additional delivery charges will be applied.

Important: Import Taxes and Duties

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. As these fees vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities, we cannot predict or control these costs. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
