Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the production or packaging time required for your product.
Dispatch time is separate from the carrier transit time.
UK Shipping
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Please note that the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service name refers to the carrier service and does not guarantee delivery within 48 hours of placing your order.
Free UK Shipping Over £150
We offer free UK shipping on orders totalling £150 or more.
Products may be dispatched from different locations and arrive separately. However, no additional delivery charges will be applied.
International Shipping
International delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
We are unable to accommodate shipments over 20kg.
Import Taxes & Customs Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
As these fees vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities, we cannot predict or control these costs.
