General Gold Healing Questions

A simple introduction to the Gold Healing range and the differences between its main gold and mineral formats.

What is the difference between colloidal gold, ORMUS and monatomic gold?

Colloidal gold is a liquid dispersion containing very small particles of elemental gold in water. It belongs to established colloid and nanoparticle chemistry.

ORMUS is a separate modern mineral tradition associated with mineral salt preparations, David Hudson and ORME terminology.

Monatomic gold is a term widely used within the modern ORMUS and white powder gold tradition. It should not be confused with scientifically isolated individual gold atoms studied under controlled laboratory conditions.

Which Gold Healing product should I start with?

It depends on what interests you. Visitors interested in nanoscale elemental gold and colloid science often begin with True Colloidal Gold.

Those exploring mineral traditions may prefer Liquid ORMUS or Monatomic Gold Powder, while botanical customers may prefer the herbal or mushroom tincture range.

Is Gold Healing a UK company?

Yes. Gold Healing is a UK wellness brand offering colloidal gold, mineral preparations, herbal tinctures, gold skincare and related wellness products, with UK based customer service and dispatch.

Are Gold Healing products medicines?

No. Gold Healing wellness products are not presented as medicines and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure disease. Scientific research discussed across the site is provided for education and context.

02 • Colloidal Gold

True Colloidal Gold FAQs

Particle science, colour, concentration, ingredients and the scientific context behind nanoscale gold.

What is 24K colloidal gold?

Colloidal gold is a liquid dispersion containing extremely small particles of elemental gold suspended in water.

Gold Healing True Colloidal Gold is produced using high purity 24K gold and steam distilled water.

Is colloidal gold the same as gold nanoparticles?

Colloidal gold describes particles of gold dispersed within a liquid. When those particles fall within the nanoscale range, they can also be described as gold nanoparticles.

Particle diameter, shape, aggregation, ionic gold content and production method can vary considerably between colloidal preparations.

Why can colloidal gold appear ruby red?

Nanoscale gold can interact with visible light through a phenomenon known as localised surface plasmon resonance.

Depending on particle size, shape and aggregation, gold nanoparticle suspensions can appear ruby red, pink, purple or related colours. This unusual optical behaviour is one of the reasons gold nanoparticles are studied so extensively in modern nanoscience.

What does 60ppm mean?

PPM means parts per million and is a concentration measurement. A label of 60ppm describes the stated concentration of gold within the liquid preparation.

Concentration alone does not describe particle size, shape or distribution, which are separate characteristics of a colloid.

What ingredients are in Gold Healing colloidal gold?
  • High purity 24K elemental gold
  • Steam distilled water
How is Gold Healing colloidal gold made?

Gold Healing uses an electrochemical process designed to disperse extremely small particles of high purity elemental gold into purified water.

Does gold nanoparticle research prove colloidal gold health benefits?

No. Gold nanoparticle research spans many specialised materials, particle sizes, surface coatings, doses and routes of administration.

Laboratory or medical research involving engineered nanoparticles should not automatically be interpreted as evidence that an orally consumed commercial colloidal gold product produces the same biological effect.

03 • ORMUS

Liquid ORMUS FAQs

Understanding the mineral tradition, preparation and distinction between ORMUS and colloidal gold.

What is ORMUS Liquid?

Gold Healing Liquid ORMUS is a prepared mineral formulation associated with the modern ORMUS and M state mineral tradition.

It is produced from mineral salts using a controlled mineral preparation process and should be distinguished from metallic colloidal gold.

Read the Complete ORMUS Guide →
Is ORMUS scientifically the same as monatomic gold?

No established scientific definition makes ORMUS equivalent to isolated monatomic gold.

The terms ORMUS, ORME and monatomic gold developed within a modern alternative mineral tradition. Individual gold atoms and atomically precise gold clusters do exist within scientific research, but that is a separate field of chemistry.

What makes ORMUS different from colloidal gold?

Colloidal gold contains dispersed particles of elemental gold. ORMUS is a mineral preparation associated with mineral salts, precipitation processes and the wider ORME tradition.

They have different compositions, preparation methods and scientific contexts.

Who was David Hudson?

David Hudson was an American agricultural businessman whose experiments with mineral residues in the late twentieth century became central to modern ORME and ORMUS theories.

His interpretations remain controversial and should be distinguished from established nanoparticle and atomic chemistry.

How should Liquid ORMUS be used?

Follow the serving and storage guidance provided on the current Gold Healing product label or product page, as formulations and recommended use can vary.

04 • Monatomic Gold

Monatomic Gold Powder FAQs

White powder gold, ORMUS terminology and the important distinction between tradition and established atomic chemistry.

What is Gold Healing Monatomic Gold Powder?

Gold Healing Monatomic Gold Powder is a fine mineral preparation associated with the modern ORMUS, ORME and white powder gold traditions.

The term monatomic is used within that tradition and should not be interpreted as proof that the powder consists of stable, isolated individual gold atoms.

Read the Monatomic Gold Guide →
Does science recognise individual gold atoms?

Yes. Individual gold atoms and atomically precise gold nanoclusters are genuine fields of modern chemistry and materials science.

That scientific fact does not automatically validate commercial claims surrounding products marketed as monatomic gold.

What is white powder gold?

White powder gold is a term used in modern esoteric and ORMUS literature for mineral preparations associated with ORME theory, alchemy and monatomic terminology.

It is not a standard scientific classification for elemental gold.

08 • Science & Research

Gold Science FAQs

What modern research can tell us, and where its limits need to be understood carefully.

Why are scientists interested in gold nanoparticles?

At nanoscale dimensions, gold develops unusual optical and surface properties that differ from familiar bulk gold.

Researchers investigate gold nanoparticles across diagnostics, biosensing, nanomedicine, imaging, drug delivery, neuroscience, inflammation and advanced materials science.

Can gold nanoparticles cross the blood brain barrier?

Some specially engineered gold nanoparticle systems have been investigated for transport into or across the central nervous system.

Results depend on particle size, coating, surface charge, dose and administration method. This does not establish that every colloidal gold preparation crosses the blood brain barrier.

Are gold nanoparticles anti inflammatory?

Some laboratory and animal studies report anti inflammatory activity for particular engineered gold nanoparticle formulations.

Other preparations can behave differently. Current nanoparticle research does not establish that orally consumed colloidal gold treats inflammatory disease in humans.

Did Michael Faraday study colloidal gold?

Yes. Michael Faraday produced ruby coloured metallic gold colloids during the 1850s and published research examining finely divided gold and its interaction with light in 1857.

Original examples of his gold colloids remain preserved at the Royal Institution in London.

Where can I read scientific studies about gold nanoparticles?

Gold Healing's dedicated Gold Nanoparticles Research Library brings together PubMed papers, systematic reviews, neuroscience research, inflammation studies, nanocluster science, historical archives and educational resources.

Is monatomic gold established science?

Individual gold atoms and atomically precise gold nanoclusters are established fields of chemistry.

Broader claims surrounding commercial ORMUS or monatomic gold products remain scientifically distinct and should not be presented as equivalent to laboratory atomic gold research.
