How to request deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your use of the Gold Healing Social Publisher app, email hello@goldhealing.co.uk with the subject line Facebook App Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or connection, such as the name of the Facebook Page or account involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other sensitive login credentials.

What happens next

We will review the request, identify data associated with the app that Gold Healing controls, and delete applicable data in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations. Where information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or record-keeping purposes, it may be retained only for the required period.
